It’s hard not to be sentimental as one looks back at the year that was.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those gorgeous souls who have supported my small business and make it a joy for me to come to work every day.
Whenever I turn the OPEN sign around, I never know what is going to happen; who is going to walk through the door; how many pairs of shoes will find happy homes; or who will be ordering online from around Australia and New Zealand.
That’s exhilarating and also a little scary sometimes, too. After nearly eight years in business, I’m almost getting used to not knowing … almost! 😊
Looking back, an enormous thank you to everyone for all the laughs, the great conversation, sometimes the tears and always the unbeatable delight in trying on gorgeous long shoes.
And specifically, an extra special thank you to all my customers, suppliers, peers, friends and blog readers.
I wish you all a very safe and happy festive season and will be back in your inbox in 2020 for more great adventures as a proud small business owner.
